I planned on adding some kind of flames to the tank and fender but after looking at it I liked it the way it was. It gets a ton of attention anytime I bring it out.

The time has come to find my xs650 bobber a new home. I built this bike the end of 2011. Has around 500 miles on it 296 miles on the current odometer. The first speedometer had an issue so it was replaced under warranty. It's painted the new Camaro synergy green with Sikkens paint. TC bros...

I used to have this problem. I set the tension on the timing chain then set the valves then syncd the carbs and it went away

I like the uni filters that aren't flashy like the XS ones

I bought my banshee flywheel and stator bracket from a local guy that builds race bikes for $50. I Had a used stator from my 95 zx6r and bought a new regulator on ebay I think it was around $70

I pieced mine together with a used banshee flywheel, 95-97 zx6r stator, and a ricks motorsports regulator. Spent less but I had to track down the parts. And the first used regulator I had was bad and fried my headlight and back lights in the gauges. So ended up costing me more

Just placed 2 orders within the last month and both arrived fast. Had a problem with my 1.9" speedo last year and they got it replaced for me.

There are internal gear but you can leave them in there. Just remove the starter and plug the hole

I have a automotive headlight bulb in the housing not a spot light bulb so it looks just like a regular headlight

I went to the auto parts store and bought a new bulb for it so it does have a high and low beam. Not too many people notice that it's not one of the off the shelf headlights. I even kept the UNITY S6 tag silver when i painted it

That is actually an old Unity S6 spot light like on a cop car. Picked it up at a swap meet last year. I had to make the mount for the bottom to bolt it to the bike.

The rear is c notched and did alot of cutting in the front. Could have just body dropped it but this works. Rear lays frame but front is about 1/2 off. Upper ball joints are binding so I need to pie cut the upper arms to relieve them some.
