    Looking to put a gsxr front on, but keep my 650 wheel. Looking for info on how to use my stock 650 wheel with the gsxr forks. Also what size brake disc (single settup) works well ? I have seen/read the threads related, but not much info on what to do at the wheel

    MN Title Question

    I believe you can. When you register a bike in MN you have to provide both #'s on the title. They don't have to match.

    Charging issue

    Resolved. Thanks gggary for pointing me in the right direction. Rectifier tested bad on the bike, off the bike tested good. So I cleaned up the stud on the batt box where it is mounted. Put it back together, Fired it up and now I have charge. Picts of the semi custom/semi resto/rebuild coming...

    Charging issue

    Just checked the 3 white wires with the yellow disconnected. Bike at idle. Ohms fluctuate from 1.2 - .7 - .3 - 0 - 1 ....... Seems like same for all. Is this norm?

    Just put new brushes in. Still no charge ? Checked ohms from ring to ring - check good. Slap test checked good. I have voltage to the brush. But no bump in charge at battery at3000rpm. What to check next?

    Lucas rear light

    I just wired mine up. I hooked the Lucas black wire to my blue wire. Lucas red to my yellow, and grounded the fender. The Lucas has no ground wire cuz, it's grounded to the fixture. My stock 75 fender needed to be grounded, all works good now

    All Balls Tapered head bearings kit

    My kit from allballs has two seals. I know there is one for the bottom bearing. Is there a seal under the top bearing cover ? Or did the kit come with extra seal ?
