thanks guys i found out my carbs are not running in sync but I think imma order the jbm so I have them when mikes holders fail

Ya its a foot clutch but the spring is just so there is no problems with the return I have not tried to run it w/o the spring and luckily I havent fallen over yet but trying to take off at the top of a hill sucks

the guy I took it to said it sounds like the carbs are not in sync but he said the knocking isnt what I thought it was but were gunna go through the whole thing make sure its all legit

im almost positive i have extra clutch springs i have 3 boxes of extra parts

Well there is a shop here where I live and he is gunna let me keep my bike there and show me how to work on it but he is gunna make me do it myself so im pretty stoked on that he builds and races xs650 flat track bikes

Thanks G ha I will research that right now. would you guys recommend me to check the valve clearance myself concidering I dont know what I am doing I have read th Clymers Manual a hundred times on how to adjust the valves and the cam chain so I know I could figure it out just wanted to know...
