Ok, so the bulk of my problem actually turned out to be bad gas! Makes me feel really stupid. I checked for air leaks anyways with some wd-40 and there did not seem to be any. Now I'm trying to sync the carbs and I have to use the pamcopete listening method as the new carb holders have no air...
