Ok quick question, when marking TDC after PMA swap do I assume I am finding the highest point of rotation on the cylinder on the left (closest to PMA) to make the TDC mark? After that initial mark I make adjustments based on which valve I am adjusting?

Turns out it was just a broken wire in my electrics box. The wire running from the key to the fuse box. It must have been touching but bouncing at higher rpms
