Yeah I guess I was misinformed by a guy that said they were Chinese. But I have known some bad compounds in cheap Chinese car tires so that's probably what sketched me out when I was told they were from there. Like I said my shinko worked fine but my k70 has been great for what I ride now.

I started running an LED tail light cause I got tired of the incandescent getting rattled and burning out. And it was brighter, at least from what I had originally to what I switched to. I'm looking into making a light with these luxeon LEDs...

Not my first rewire, but I messed up on where I wired in the regulator and it tripped me out lol. I parked the bike and hit the switch to kill power... Still running. Unplugged the positive lead... Still running Took out the battery... Still running :wtf: Had to pull the main fuse to kill...

Went to a salvage yard and found r6 and vstrom triples to be wider than I was looking for. Somewhere around 160-165 between forks, I'm looking for 150mm. I grabbed a bandit lower triple that is 6mm to wide at 156mm between forks, probably won't work but I'll confirm that later. I might end up...

A lot of guys don't run with any tank coat including myself. When I got my old tank I threw bolts and nuts in there (counted them and took a good minute to get the last one out lol) then shook them around in the tank with soap and water, multiple rinses, till no more loose tank coat or anything...

Yeah the concept bike is always cooler than the production model. But then you get to strip the floor model down and make it cool again. I'm not one to want the latest bike in the showroom but if this one keeps it simple light and powerful, I'm down. It will hang better than my old gixxer 750...
