Ok,cap looks good in notch,yes the plate is all the way counterclockwise. Did it get thrown out of time,is my ground bad,the instructions say if the ground is not good you can't time the bike,right?
Hi Pamco, I have a 78fo model and the 60degree pamco with new electric advancer,its all the way retarded and I set this timing light to 0 and its still 20 degree's from the center of the f. My timing gun is used...
I checked my Pamco ignition with timing gun. Rotor is nowhere between firing marks.
Pamco is adjusted to the end of slot, & can't adjust it anywhere else. However, that is
where bike starts & runs ok in that position. Confused... Any advice?? Thanks.
that gives me the jist of it, however, I have one other question:
Since it has a built in REV limit of 3000 rpm, & the retard feature, does this also help with over advancing & keeping me from holing a piston?

I have a 36 spoke 19 front rim powder coated black,I would like to trade for 19 mag. Rim is great shape other then one of the holes for mounting rotor is striped out.
