Wow.. I feel like an idiot. I didn't think about the bore size when I swapped in a brake master cylinder from a kawasaki zzr1200. Looks like it is a 5/8" bore and when running with a stock 38mm caliper comes out to 5.73, feels terrible. Thanks for the post

I haven't done the swap myself but found that cognitomoto.com has some conversion parts for fork swaps.

I've only had experience working on my bs34 carbs so I cannot speak for the bs38 or other aftermarket carbs you might have. But I did have a problem with my carbs where I could never start my bike when the chokes were pulled. Post #2 from XSLeo solved it for me...

Hi BloodyD, I have this wheel and I can cut the spokes off to save shipping. Hub has that one chip, other than that its just dusty, no scratches I could see. I am not sure what happened with the hub as I never used this wheel. Let me know if your interested
