    Tubeless front spoke wheel?

I think some of the 80's Yamaha Viragos had spoke type tubeless wheels.

Cheap and easy front fork upgrade

Ideally, when you put a pre-load spacer in your forks, the length would be determined by the "sag". Take all of the weight off of the forks (lean it over on the side stand) Put a zip tie around the fork at the seal. Then sit on the bike with all of your riding gear on and your feet on the pegs...

    custom wheels

You would be much better off running 18" race tires front and rear and brace your stock fork and swingarm. Good rear shocks and internal fork mod's will do wonders. I race a GSX-R 600 and have run my XS650 on the track. I have tapered steering head bearings, cartridge emulators and heavier...

Progressive Suspension shocks with the standard springs will work great and can be bought through most bike shops. Cutting the springs on your shocks won't make them softer, but, shorter and stiffer instead.

    Shocks

I had a set of the Monza shocks before and they are really stiff. They are a universal shock meant for larger machines. The other shocks that you can get at Mikes, MC Distibuting, and XS direct with the remote resevior are just plain garbage. I got a set last year and they came apart in my...

    Marco Simoncelli

He was starting to get there in the MotoGP class. I remember the 250 days and everyone was saying "that guy is the next Rossi". Now we will never know. RIP Super Sic
