yeah it is. i think its just funny how people mistake the two. mopeds with pedals. scooters with no pedals and a step through type frame. but those who dont know about either will call them mopeds or scooters

ive heard that anytime the battery (gel/acid) goes below 12v it lessens the life of it. might as well keep it on a tender and keep it between 12 and 13

The site says with some modification. So i believe it may be the hinges and rubber mounts between the seat and frame

Not one that will fit the nipple that sticks right up between the seat and the tank

ive got a battery tender that i throw on every weekend. ive had AGM batteries that only lasted 11 months and was able to get a replacement from batterystuff with their 1yr warranty. then again, you can go balls out and get a shorai lithium battery
