Just rebuilt my 81-650 with a new big fin cylinder, new timing chain and at idle you crack the throttle it back fires through the exhaust (2 into 1). As you let the clutch out and give it gas it stumbles and misses until about 1/4 throttle and then it runs fine. When I was installing the...

bought new big fin cylinder from Mikes and there is no relief for the o'rings at the bottom of the cylinder sleeves. #2 do you use any gasket sealer on the cyl. or head gasket and #3 do you use anything on the head bolts for torquing i am going to use copper washers

bought a cylinder kit from mikesxs and the rings that come with the kit do not seem to be marked as to what side is up and ideas

does anybody have a pic of the bottom of the head i am trying to see which way the little stamped metal piece goes back in it is the piece that goes over the oiling hole

checked all that i hooked up an Ozark bottle and a hose from the breather to the bottle and took a 30 mile ride it filled it 3/4 full of oil something is wrong

any ideas

checked comp. cold today and the #s are 1st time 100 -130 tried it again and it was 145 -140 i guess i was not kicking it fast enough the 1st time
