Anyplace on the frame that works for you (and you can get a solid connection). I don't recommend grounding to the swing arm. The battery grounds to the frame just behind the batt.

Just throwing this out there...... Anti-seize on the caliper bolts ??? I work an Auto supply store and work mine and the families cars and I regularly see crapped up anti-seize applications ( ie. dirty and very STICKY ) . IMHO, I always use a very good grade of caliper grease on the pins...

A battery actually creates power (chemically ). a capacitor only stores power ( created by the PMA ) for times when needed.

while i'm a long way from an expert....... check your batt. Sound like it is weak. Then troubleshoot the charging system.
