The thread size for the front reflector mount is 5mm x .8. It’s a threaded standoff on the down tubes just below the fuel tank. My holes were trashed. I just added a new tap to my tool box. Thank you.

Attached the spring to the side stand, used a pry bar/centering tool. The side stand still does not stay up with the spring. Can someone post a pic of a '75 side stand showing the spring side of the stand? Mine doesn't look exactly like the '74-'75 example but its close. Thanks.

Update. Talked to Jack. He said he's waiting on gaskets and should have them out week ending 6-1-13.

I sent my carbs to Oldschoolcarbs in February, Jack at Oldschoolcarbs said 10-12 weeks. I said no problem, rebuilding engine. I have not heard a thing from Jack and he has not replied to my email. I'm begining to think I'll be in the market for replacement carbs soon.

Has anyone used a side stand spring from Mike's? I picked one up for my '75 and it seems on the short side.

I'm about to throw down some serious cash at 650 Central on rebuild parts unless you guys know of a better place. Thanks
