    Oil leak on the 75

Using head light mounting bolts with some sort of U shaped brackets and the mirror mount holes for brackets already. I dont like using the U brackets, too difficult to get it stable with those. I'm thinking of somehow using a rod attached to the holes in the side of the fairing and attaching a...

    Oil leak on the 75

After running/riding the bike Sunday, seems there is a left crank seal leak. I replaced the clutch rod seal not ling after buying it, and checked it when the cover came off. The cover gask was very oily too. Got the brushes off of it but will have to look into couple toolboxes to find the rotor...

TCI Ignition box schematic, and question on pickup-coils

Reviving this old thread . . . I reversed the diagram on the TCI unit with the obsolete chip several years ago. Never got around to the 17902 chip version. Is there one on this site anywhere? I have a couple of these trying to fix for some guys. It's not really difficult to follow the signals...

    WELSH FLAT TRACK REVIVAL

Pretty sure the secondary is one winding the 2 plugs share, wasted spark on which ever side is not under compression stroke. You can look at coil testing with a meter in a service manual.

Unfortunately, neither of the GN boxes worked for me, swapping wires or not. Maybe I got mine from a bad batch. Where you guys getting them from that are working?

Sold / Found / Inactive - TCI/Gonzo Jumper Harness (pigtail)

I was already yin the process of making the harness, about 12", it's for my test set so not worried about it. But then I might could be persuaded to resell known good GN boxes with harness as a set. Not sure about the 2 inputs being correct on test set though. Will see how it reacts with wires...

Sold / Found / Inactive - TCI/Gonzo Jumper Harness (pigtail)

I don't have 80+ bike to test or fit to. How long does the harness need to be? Going to test on my TCI test setup. I bought 2 G boxes a couple years ago and never got around to doing anything with them. Found when I was cleaning up my bench.

Progress on the 75-B 277 refurbish

Getting there, not much left to do! All the paint and stickers are 2k clear-coated. Need to button up the headlight bucket with the lamp, but first need to fit the fairing back on and run front turn signal wiring and indicator LED wires. Going to have a friend cut a couple discs out of black...

Stickers for tank and side covers

This guy fell through, promised 2 days tops, called, went there, called, went there - every time he said he had rush orders and would get right on it. Couple months worth, not finding anywhere I can trust at this point. Couple other places not responding at all.

Stickers for tank and side covers

Found local print place, going there tomorrow with some files for them to look at and also taking the 1/4 fairing cause they'll prob want to do some of their own measuring.
