Looking for uncut frame with clean, clear title in your name. Can't do anything without a title. Did I mention the title? Willing to travel within a few hours from st.louis. Surface rust is ok but no pitting. Frame must be straight and all there.

Was browsing eBay and saw a complete non-runner sell for slightly over a grand today. It was in the Midwest and looked to be in fair condition. Does this seem outrageous to anyone but me? Just curious. Is that what the market is bearing these days?
