He actually has a newer one that doesn’t need the blue box—he doesn’t have the e advancer on his but still hard to discern if it’s the blue box or the plate like you have that caused the issue.

Here’s the deal—my PAMCO stopped working and a guy I know swapped his on my bike and it worked—problem is, I am not sure if it’s my part like yours that’s bad or the blue box.

I had a newer one I swapped out so I disconnected the blue box when I used the newer version one. You mentioned I need the blue box to run MY hall so just wanted you to know that yes, I had the blue box hooked up when MY Hall effect was in. Sorry—does that make sense? I just want to know if mine...

ok, found out from swapping with another guy that my hall effect is not working---how would I know if it is the blue box that is the issue or the other part that replaces the points? Also, can this be fixed or do I have to replace? And if replace, can I buy JUST the parts?

Can I just snip these wires and re-solder them or would you return to PAMCO Pete? See the red spot with a green wire and a green spot with a red wire?

Regarding the PAMCO on initial start up--I read thru Pete's advice that a person should hook a battery up and have the ignition system separate upon initial start up and then check the PMA to make sure on voltage or you could fry things---where is the best spot to measure voltage coming out of...

Not sure if you have every purchased from Hong Kong but if you have, results? I always worry about those parts with quality and even if I will ever get it.

Other than the Radian swing arm, this is a popular replacement for the 650 spaghetti like swing arm---good shape. Will require a different chain guard other than the 650 one however. I am asking $50 plus postage to your door. Thanks Jeff
