    pamco input

Looking to get some input from my follow members on the pamco. I have a 1971 xs650 that I am currently working on. The bike ran fine before I started my project. I'm getting close to the end of my fab work and looking to start on my engine improvements. I'm thinking of spending the money for the...

I was browsing ebay motors today and came across this tank. Brand new/never used, apparently for a XS650 police special. I told myself, " man, that's a pretty nice looking tank. " Then I seen the price..........$999.00  :yikes:

    internal throttle & clutch question

Just wondering if anyone has done or seen a internal throttle & clutch used on a set of z-bars? I have never used internal assemblies before and I'm not sure if the z-bars have too much bend in them for the cables to work right. Or should I just go with a set of drag bars? :bike:

    Springer front end question

I went to a local swap meet the other day and came across a good looking springer, really nice and heavy. Plus the guy was willing to sell it for $500. Only problem is that it is a standard size springer and not a two inch under which is recommended to use on the XS650. My question to everyone...

    What is this???

I took this off a rear hub. What is it? It looks like some kind of brake switch to me, but it only has one wire come off it. But all the brake switches I've ever used have two wires. I know I'm going to feel stupid once someone tells me what it is.:confused::banghead:

Make Offer - Axed 2.2 gal gas tank Nickel Plated

Tank was on a bike I purchased for a project. I'm going with something that has a deeper tunnel depth in the front. The tank had a small leak around the rear tab when I bought the bike. So I took off the rear tab and welded the seam, welded the tab back on and then sealed the tank. I rode with...
