Travis has made some axle plate spacers that are 3/16 thick to make the TC Bros hardtail as thick as the factory swing arm. Much cleaner than washers. Check them out here. Here's how they fit on my TC Bros hardtail. These are just tacked on, they need to be fully welded.

I have no voltage at the positive brush. It's a 1975 with pamco and brand new stator and tested 5.0. Bike not charging cause no voltage to brush. Do I need the nylon screws?
