electrical lights wiring

I've converted all my lights to l.e.d. except for the headlight. Also I have it set where the lights are off unless I turn them on via the light switch. When I start my bike I can see my LEDs softly flickering even though the switch is off. Is that happening because of the rotor discharging ? Is...
