fork covers

On the hunt for 34mm replacement tubes for a 75' XS-B. Mine are super rusted at the top. Alternatively, I could rebuild the forks since the rust is only at the top, and find some fork covers/ shrouds. So possibly also looking for someone that has the skills to fabricate some fork covers from...
