Hey guys, So , im looking to buy new carbs for the ol' XS. Anyone have a set of these? -is it easy to sync -do they perform well -easy to maintain :confused: im lost on carbs... I just want to kick and ride :bike:

Im getting the big bore kit for my 1977D. Im replacing the BS38CV carbs for the Mikuni VM's cause there way cheaper than the Dellorto PHF36 carbs Mikes' selling. Im wondering what you all think the best chioce is- 34, 36, or 38mm carbs for that set up? Do I get the 36mm's because its the same...

How does everyone feel about those 34mm Mikuni VM round slide carburetors, and are they a lot better then the OEM. Are they worth the $300.00. Just got my tax check, and I feel rich.:D
