rims and axels

Is there anyone in the greater seattle area that would be willing to help a newbie true up my front 19 and rear 16 36 spoke rims. I have the lacing down pretty good since I have had them apart for paint and re assembled. I did have to pull them apart since the paint didn't turn out like I wanted...

OK, I need your knowledge! I bought some wire wheels last night from a local guy for my 650 project. I'm almost positive that these rims didn't come from an XS 650. As you can see the rear wheel drum has a sprocket attached. It's a really cool look, but will it work if I use correct spacers...
