    Help with PA title

    I bought a 76' 650 without a title only to find that PA is really strict with all the laws around registering a bike. I looked into getatitle.com and they cant help if the bike can't be inspected same with a service in Missouri. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get a title for it...

    What the?!

    :banghead:Just spent half a day trying to title my bike with a mechanics lein. I want to pre-opoligize for those who work or have kin folk at the DMV. The DMV must be the death penalty for government workers. Where do they get these people? I would rather be hit in the head with an axe handle...
