Does anyone know the length of spokes needed for these: 1.60x21x36 spoke rim to front disk hub 2.15x18x36 spoke rim to rear hub

Tried swapping my front mag on my 79 chop to a 77 spoked wheel. The rotor and calliper line up good but the speedo drive won't slide in to its holder and there's about half inch of space between the speedo drive and left fork. Anyone else know anything about this? And remedies?

Got my nice new tire mounted and have the wheel back in the swing arm but I'm not sure if there is a trick to making sure it is straight. Do I just measure the adjuster bolts and make sure the same amount is showing on each side? Thanks, Dave
