any xs650 forks arent gunna work for ya if your looking for xs1b forks, I mean xs2 forks wont work with the xs1/xs1b front wheel,
if you want to use the xs1/xs1b front fender, thats not gunna work either unless you have the specific forks my friend.

Well I had 2 different front ends on my XS and they fit and I got a 21inch tire on mine but no fender so I guess what you mean I'd stock to stock

No I don't have the tank but still got electric parts and everything that would be left from making it a hard tail ill go ahead an look through the junk befor I recycle it ill post up what I got left

I have a '73 Tx650 Gas tank with the locking gas cap and key, also has the petcocks.
I'd really like to sell this gas tank along with the side covers w/emblems and chrome C-trim, headlight bucket and fork ears. (ALL THE PAINTED TX650 BODYWORKS PARTS)


I have a '71 XS1b gas tank with new gas cap and new mikesxs petcocks and new tank badges (Red and Blk badges)
I can only sell this gas tank with the other xs1b painted parts - sidecovers w/badges and C-trim, headlight bucket and fork ears +++ Candy orange shocks OEM

The '73 tank early version came with a die cast emblem.
However that tank design was flawed and occured leakage from the emblem area.
So yamaha re-issued the '73 tank with the decal instead of the die cast emblem.
