1976 tank interchangeably and paint questions

What year tanks and or side covers are the same as 76?
Is there a go to source for french blue paint and or paint code a paint store can use to reproduce the color?
What is the name of dark red color non US models used in 76?
Can i assume US models did not have twin front discs in 76?

The US models had just a single front disc set up. Not hard to add the extra caliper and rotor. The stock single M/C works well on a dual set up.
On the paint, I have no idea. All mine are black.
