Hi selling my XS650 to free up space for new bike. Imported into UK 1997. Registered as historic vehicle. Excellent condition. New Heiden clutch, not just plates, the complete thing, push rod actuator etc. Rewound alternator rotor from Rex Speed. new rectifier. Both oil filters replace with new. New indicators, mirrors. Neutral switch. Starts first or second kick, runs really well. Last trip to Bridlington and back, no problems.
Has metallic purple frame and ghost flames on the tank. Jobs to do. Starter motor not connected (never bothered me as easy to start on the kickstart). Front brake master cylinder could do with a refurb.(brake is "wooden"). Bike is ready to ride and enjoy. Gets lots of attention wherever I go. I have the confidence in this bike to go anywhere. pics below. Putting it on here first before the internet. Bike is near Middlesbrough .
