Gents, thought I'd post this Rawhide ebay store auction here. I bought my 1980 XS650SG from these people in fall of 2018. Was a gem.
This bike looks real clean, price seems good too. Like this one, my carbs leaked bad. Was float bowls float valve mung and drool causing leak.
Looks like this XS has6k+ miles, plus you get a Windjammer!

Since it's close (120 miles) I gave pics and description a good looking over. My read was it won't run, so trans is unchecked. Though the yes on cracks in housing is a bit of a worry, I don't see any evidence that is the case. :wink2:
Looks like an easy wake up, expect freckled chrome, might be some clear coat issues on tank. LH side cover missing. Saw no signs that It's been down. Headlight appears complete behind fairing. add a thousand in DIY maintenance/parts, have a very nice daily rider? worth about what you'll have in it?
Could probably arrange a pick up and hold if someone really wants it. Rawhide is a legit and a good cause.... Just might throw the opening bid. But I SO don't need another bike. Specially with current conditions. Neighbor just paid me for this winters snow plowing :pimp:.........
