I understand. New bike, haven't ridden in a year. At my age the rust builds up fast when I don't ride for awhile. And to be on a different bike, I think I know what you mean. Hey, I rode with Chaves Friday and Saturday. He rides pretty fast and his Yamaha Vision is narrow and is probably lighter than an XS, so following him into a turn can be hairy!. On Saturday I got a little scared entering a turn, but made it through, then the guy behind me (John), had a minor crash. Oops, forgot, you were there. Sometimes we/I forget that we are riding on bikes that were designed with technology from 50 years ago. At least the tire technology is up to date. Well, I had a great time! Oh, and if I didn't tell you, your new xs is sweet. It's clean, simple. That's how I'm trying to make my bike. Your bike should be on the 2020 calendar. Ride safe and be there next year dammit! Almost forgot to ask. What was the problem with your bike on Friday?
