256 6:th overbore rings?

Does oilring from newer type of engine fit in 256 76.5mm piston? Nobody seems to sell rings for that piston!

Main reason for my guestion is that i broke one oilring, and now i need only oilrings. Little research and seems like fastest way is walk into machinery shop and ask vw 1.5litre passat or golf rings, in std bore they are 76.5mm x 3mm and spring loaded chrome plated!

Holy internet will save my time and money!!
