So the time has come to admit defeat. I had these carbs on my motor before I bored it and cammed it and they were awesome. Now, for some reason I simply cannot get these CV carbs to play nice with the newly rebuilt engine. I have decided to try my luck with a set of VM34s.
Here's the details:
76-77 model year (VM22/210 pilot)
Currently set up for UNIS and straight pipes. 135 MJ, 37.5 pilot, needle dropped one slot, 25mm float height.
Carb bodies blasted and cleaned
Bowls and lids are lightly wet sanded for a cool polished look
Every screw has been replaced with SS socket cap screws
New chokes, choke gaskets, bowl gaskets, needle o-rings, throttle shaft seals (genuine yamaha), butterfly screws, and fuel lines. Genuine Mikuni needles and seats and air mix screws.
Nothing broken, repaired, or stripped.
Carbs have new JBM diaphragms and manifolds/gaskets. I bought the manifolds last week, so they're brand new.
I also have a large assortment of genuine Mikuni jets for your tuning needs:
Main jets:
127.5
130
132.5
135
Pilot jets:
27.5
30
32.5
35
37.5
I am also including the printed carbguide and a set of M6 diagnostic nipples for syncing. I can also rejet to your specs before I ship.

JBM bs38 carb manifolds with gaskets with stainless band clamps
