So I mentioned in newbie thread I got this bike as a rebuild into brat/street tracker. I started the tear down with front end and rear all tore apart. The lower fork tubes, rims and rear swing arm are already for powder coater.
Here is a slightly older pic of the tear down. Carbs off cleaned and rebuilt.
The brake calipers tore down, blasted, painted, threads chased and rebuilt (minus new Pistons I need now):
Triple clamp has been tore down with upper and lower blasted, painted, gauge bracket painted, gauges cleaned and ignition gone through (stuck pin):
Next up is removing engine, getting frame powder coated and then go through engine (not rebuilt just cleaned up and maintenance done).
