79 XS fork diameter. Need clip ons.

Fork tube diameter. I want to buy clip on bars for my 79 XS cafe racer project. I dont have a micrometer here at teh house. Does anyone know what dismeter the fork tubes are for buying clip ons?

Stock tubes are 35mm.
