81SH Carb Gasket

Besides the float bowl measurement in my manual was way off. I found out it should be 22.5mm. Now for my problem. The carb kit I bought looks like it has the wrong gasket. What does everyone think?
What is the extra hole for? It looks like it would leak.

What you're calling extra hole is normal for this gasket. To me, it means you have the right gasket... It won't leak from there. Gasket material on the inside side of the hole is blocking, even if some of the hole goes under the rim

Yes, it looks weird. Don't know the history. Maybe a gasket that fits multiple carbs. 1000000000000000000000% it's the right gasket though
