Hey guys
I'm Nick from northeast ohio. This is my first build. It's a 82SH. I picked it up about a year ago and have been building it since. It's a TCBros hardtail with a pamco/PMA set up. Everything was done by me and my dad.
Here's how i got it. Real clean. Almost felt bad for chopping it.

Bent up a sissy bar and made a headlight bracket with a new top tree

Painted the motor and sent the frame out to get powdercoated. But I ended up repainting it myself because i didnt smooth out the frame good enough and the guy that powder coated it said that it would cover up but it didn't. So money down the drain and a lot more work. Also chopped the neck gusset.

Shortened the forwards up a bit and grinded off the old tank mounts and welded up a new one.

So I thought I had a good idea that I would rewire the high beam indicator bulb on the head light to be the neutral switch light. Well it works but you cant see it in the daylight. The lights too dim. Go figure. Anyways here's how I did it. I just wrapped the bulb in tape to isolate it from grounding to the headlight and ran a wire(ground) to the neutral switch.

Well its been a long year and a lot of work. I definitely learned a lot. But its finally about done. I took her on the road for the first time and she ran pretty rough. After trying to rejet a few times, it turns out it was the pods were crap. So I have some unis on the way. Now I just need to get a brake line so i can run the front brake and a mirror to fix my taco neck.

looks real nice. Those pods are way too small. Gotta give the engine a fighting chance.
I like the length of the pipes. Not too long, not too short. Mine were that way, but too loud(yes, im too old) and put glass packs on. Still loud when opened up, but at cruise, purrs like a LION!
