Hi everyone
I know theres lots of info on batteries, but i wanted to clarify before ordering.
Im looking for some advice on a battery for my 83 Heritage build, i have a stardard size acid battery at the moment, but im looking to get an AGM battery, so i can lay it down on its back.and want it a little smaller than stock to
Would this battery do the job for me ( i am going to be using the e/starter )

Hi Dune,
I park my Heritage for a half-year every prairie winter so I buy a new el-cheapo lead/acid battery
every spring and put it out for re-cycle every fall but for just about year-round riding in the UK
that battery should be OK although I'd be prepared for kickstarting a cold engine in cold weather.
Fer Crissake be careful how you mount it though.
The stock battery mount is hung on rubber buffers so it's battery won't get shaken to pieces
and the TCI module bolts under it for the same reason.
Best you do likewise.
