83xs 650 special 2 spark only first bump of starter *VIDEO

Hey guys, new here!

Just picked up the bike, it is all complete, had to replace the ignition switch with a new one, also, I've checked fuses, connections ect. Another weird thing is I get no spark when I kick it over.. Help!!

Also, the glass fuses seem to be a bit loose when youre playing with them. I am going to put normal fuses in this evening and go from there.

Fusebox is now swapped over. Still no spark upon kick, and same spark shown on video with electric start
