I'm being lazy, but I searched and didn't find an answer, my original fuse box is AWOL, my repair manual doesn't seem to list much info. Can anyone recommend fuse amp size(s) for my bare bones xs650 chopper build? I'm running the following:

12 volt system. Mini-blade fuses.

Tail light and instrument light as one circuit;
Brake light as one circuit;
Headlight as one circuit on toggle (hi and low beam) newer H4 55W/50W bulb set up;
Ignition on one circuit with points and coil.

rough guesses?

The original set-up was a 20A for the main fuse from battery to the ignition switch and 10A fuses for all the other things. Yes, Pete does recommend a 7.5A for the Pamco but you should be fine sticking with a 10A for your points.

Yeah, thinking of other bikes that I have had and their circuits, 10 amp fuses would be right for the circuits that you listed. Usually tail light, headlight and instrument back lights are on the same circuit.
