any shops able to do brush finish in NJ?

I have a Indian motorcycle and want to go with a Exile Chopper style color scheme with the matte black & brushed aluminum look for the engine parts. I can't seem to find a shop that is willing to do a brush finish. Please let me know if someone knows a shop that can do it. It's sort of a big job because I am looking to get transmission case, handlebar, hand controls, etc... done.

you can do it yourself with a scotchbrite pad, but if there is alot of nooks and crannies, it will be more difficult.

i did my clutch cover in 5 minutes.
