Anybody installed a Phil Little STORM kit?

I found a couple posts on this but mostly just commentary on the looks.
Anybody have any 1st, or 2nd hand knowledge of the install or long term use, with strength of the fiberglass (which if done poorly can result in cracks at mounts), and in particular with our cr@p fuel these days?
Phil indicates the tanks are lined, and he has had some in service a couple years. Would be nice to have a user review. I talked to him a couple weeks ago, and he indicated he had sold "a couple dozen" around the country. Maybe one of those guys are on this site?

Other than the "swirly" take on the Yamaha graphics, I think it looks awesome!

Although I'm not sure I'd drill holes in the web of the wheels like that black/gold paint job did.
