Anyone in the East Bay able to help me reassemble bike?

Hello all! So I moved recently to the East Bay in California. Before I left Seattle, I took my bike apart, in hopes of hardtailing the frame and maybe doing some other upgrades...I'm going to pick up the hard tail soon, but I Dont have the know-how to get this bike back together. Is there anyone out there who may be willing to help, or recommend a good idea.??
