Bs38 air/fuel mix screw

79 xs650 with bs38's. Do the fuel mix screws on the carbs have a spring on them between the screw and carb body? If so does anyone know where I can get two?

yes they do, and i would try mikesxs.com for new springs.

This is a tough to read diagram of the carb but does anyone know if part 38 and 39 would be the fuel adjust screw and the spring?
