Builder Info for this Tracker Build?

Hey y'all,

Does anybody know the builder of this street tracker? I found a mention of "M.E. Motorcycles" somewhere, but I can't find any info on the shop or individual.

I'm the editor-in-chief over at BikeBound.com, and I want to make sure the builder gets credited when we share this shot online. Thanks so much!

Thanks, Angus67! I ended up finding out that it was built by M.E. Motorcycles out of Burton Upon Trent, England. It's on the bottom left of their customs page:
