butterfly shaft seals

Does anyone know if the problems w/ mikes xs butterfly shaft seals have been fixed? I replaced 4 pairs of them on 2 sets (pairs) of bs 38's and still had leakage at the shafts.If
not-where is a good alternate place to go for them?

Order them from Yamaha. Any dealer will do. Part number 256-14997-00-00. OEM!

Yes, they were still in use on some Yamaha models almost to this day so are still a current part, and not very expensive either. In fact, Mike's used to charge more for his than Yamaha did, lol. He had to lower his price when the word got out - nobody bought his anymore.
