I removed the starter and starter relay am wondering if I need to connect any wires at the relay plug or can I just leave this unplugged?

What relay plug? The starter relay has the two big cables that carry power to the starter. The two small wires, the red/white is hot anytime the key and kill switch are on, might want to wrap it in tape. The blue/white wire is ground, do as you feel right on that.
Any other relays?

The question refers to the safety relay, Leo. Cmills, the starter button completes the ground for the solenoid trigger, so all you need to do to bypass the safety relay is to connect the solenoid hot wire (red with white stripe) to any source of switched power--red with white stripe or brown, it doesn't matter.
