can chain guide heli coil ?

i bought mikes cam chain guides for 2 of my xs .anyone have any info on heli coils for the after market guides ? from what ive read the aftermarket guides threads dont hold up ,so rather do the heli coils now before i assemble the top end. anyone have a size for heli coil or info on doing it before hand

7 ft lbs, I've never stripped on out, and I've installed at least 40 of them from MikesXS
