Wanted - Carb Sync Tool

I need something to sync my carbs. I can get the bike to run pretty well, but idle surge and random stalls at stop signs have me frustrated. Dead cylinder method hasn't seemed to cure the problem.

Can I borrow someone's sync tool? I'll pay shipping.

Looking for something on the east coast if possible.

Not sure what you have in your area but you can make one with 3/16 id tubing (home depot, menards TSC, Ect..) a yard stick and some ATF or similar fluid. Bunches of threads on them. Mine works great, cost $6 at TSC for the tubing the rest I had laying around.
