Chosing between two different suggestions? Which one is better?

Putting my cases together, I noticed two different suggestions on the 6 Acorn nuts, on the bottom of the cases. Using Blue locktite and copper washers, here is the one I decided to use, because of a longer exposed, threaded dowel rod.

I'd strongly advise you not to use thread lock on any engine fasteners.

Respecting your suggestion, have you had problems, with a medium thread lock?

I always used never-seize, the correct torque will keep them tight.
