Nice aluminum clip-ons for 35-36 mm tubes. Probably would clamp down to 34. Painted black, but they are polished aluminum under that. New stainless bolts/nuts.

You can see the gap that's there at 35.5mm, it should easily clamp down to 34. Shipping is $10.85 Flat Rate anywhere in US. Let me know-damccain is next.
