Clutch dragging and gears sticking once bike is warm

I've had a recurring issue where everything works when the bike is cold but once I ride it for a bit and it gets up to temperature the following things happen: the clutch starts dragging really badly, the bike becomes stuck in first gear, and the kickstart no longer turns over the engine. The kickstart works perfectly to start the bike from cold but somehow stops working if you try to start the bike when warm. Anyone else have this issue or know what might be going wrong?

Thats sure is a strange situation.......

Do you mean that the crankshaft won't turn over when you try to kickstart the engine when hot ? ............or is the kickstart actually binding ?
